Wikipedia notability standards for lists requires a citation, preferably more than one, proving the person is a member of the group and notable enough to warrant a stand-alone article. Being related to a notable person in itself confers no degree of notability upon that person. If you need to learn the skills for editing Wikipedia, there is a tutorial available here: Wikipedia:Wikipedia Adventure, and submit your article via Articles for Creation WP:Articles for Creation. Or you can request that other editors create an article on him (there may be a back-log and this might take some time to be completed.) You can request an article here: Wikipedia:Requested articles.
