The article states that the word is "not found in a dictionary". Quite right. And if one excludes Wikipedia as a source, it's not to be found on Usenet or the World Wide Web, either (except in a handful of cases where people mis-spell frivolent). Since this is not a word, there's no person/place/concept/thing to be treated in an encyclopaedia article by this title, not any reasonable place for a redirect. Going by the creation date, I'd say that at least one New Year's Eve drunkard thought it a hoot to get their made up word into the dictionary by putting it into the encyclopaedia.
