[edit]In British nomenclature, a consecutive run of television programmes is called a "series" not a "season". British television does not have seasons running from autumn until spring or summer, nor are shows produced on 13 or 26-episode contracts. Holford 18:24, 8 Sep 2004 (UTC)
The standard run of sitcoms, comedy or drama shows on British television is six episodes. My Hero, however, has done ten episodes per series, since Series 3. Robert Mc Cann

"(a possible reference to K9)"
[edit]This parenthetical clause doesn't link to anything that would unambiguously explain what it's intended meaning may be... AnonMoos 19:53, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
- My guess is that it refers to K-9 (Doctor Who), but I don't know if it should be kept. Adding the wiki now.... --ScottAlanHill 18:42, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
Well, K9 from Doctor Who does say Master and Mistress like Tyler, but it seems pretty obscure to me. I doubt that there is a connection. Perhaps if one of the writers or the series has mentioned it in an interview or something? 86.142.23.45 00:22, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
Fancruft
[edit]Normally I hate the word fancruft, it is the banner that delete hungry wierdos fly as the adit the buggery out of a page. But this page is full of it. Franky, this page is shite. I especially despise the bit: "Dr Crispin was refered to as Dr. Evil. (Not to be confused with Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers series)" What the hell is that? Thats not encyclopedic, thats just crap.
Sort it out, or list it for deletion or something.
- Agreed. This page is totally excessive. About 4/5 of it should just be tossed. Uucp (talk) 03:32, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
Main theme music
[edit]The jazzy tune was written by Philip Pope, but I cannot find its title anywhere. - NBK1122 (talk) 03:43, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
Can the "Continuity errors" section be considered "Triva"?
[edit]An editor recently put in a Trivia marker in the section on Continuity Errors, after some portions of the same section had been removed without explanation and then restored.
"Trivia" sections are generally thought of as unrelated factoids haphazardly shoved into a single section. I don't think this applies. If the descriptions of the continuity errors are correct, I think their inclusion is legitimate. Opinions? -- Couillaud (talk) 16:37, 21 March 2008 (UTC)
ITV Rumour

Number of episodes
[edit]The info box states 51 episodes and matches the link, whereas the intro mentions 52 episodes. Which one is correct? Darkieboy236 (talk) 10:41, 3 March 2009 (UTC)
"Currently" "present"
[edit]In the first paragraph there are too many "currently" and "present". They should be replaced with "as of", or some other wording that gives the time in which that is valid. Would have put the note in the main page, but not sure what the current form is. AstroNomer (talk) 15:17, 1 September 2010 (UTC)

Filming Location
[edit]Does anyone have any info about the filming location of this series? I spent a while on Google Maps looking at Northolt, but I couldn't find anything. Any help would be appreciated. 86.159.34.55 (talk) 13:05, 27 July 2022 (UTC)
