Hello Thesleepless and welcome to Wikipedia! Hope you like it here, and stick around.
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- To sign your posts (on talk pages, for example) use the '~' symbol. To insert just your name, type ~~~ (3 tildes), or, to insert your name and timestamp, use ~~~~ (4 tildes).
- Try the Tutorial, and feel free to experiment in the test area.
- If you need help, post a question at the Help Desk
- Follow the Wikipedia:Simplified Ruleset
- Eventually, you might want to read the Manual of Style and Policies and Guidelines.
- Remember Wikipedia:Neutral point of view
- Explore, be bold in editing pages, and, most importantly, have fun!
Good luck!
Reversion
[edit]In what sense was this edit of yours a reversion of vandalism, as your edit summary suggests? It seems instead to be the reversion of the simple correction of a single link -- and I therefore plan to revert your own reversion, unless you explain how I've misunderstood what you have done. -- Hoary 09:13, 9 March 2006 (UTC)
My appologies! the current revision was showing that the page did not exist, so i reverted to the previous version assuming vandalism. i don't know why it was showing that. sorry, please go ahead although i don't think it said the current revision was by it, it said it was by some robot? *confused*
- Thanks for the reply. I'm connected slowly and expensively right now, so I shan't take a look; but I'll do so a few hours from now. -- Hoary 23:29, 9 March 2006 (UTC)
Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello Thesleepless! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 499 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
- Android Lust - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
