Well, there's been plenty of time, and it's still just untranslated Turkish, short, and not of any obviously great value. I'd be glad to see it salvaged if it's worthwhile, but it's time to fish or cut bait. Delete.

- It's hard to vote in good faith on articles one can't read. Nontheless, we shouldn't leave it here just because we can't read it. Very weak delete. - Very Weak Delete. I feel guilty about this, but it has had its time, and unless someone steps in and translates it, its worthless.
