Definition of NEC
[edit]Well, we all know NEC is a japanese electronic company. But, beside that, is there other meaning of the word 'NEC'?

NEC abbreviates the phrase "not elsewhere classified" in classification codes such as Standard Industrial Classification, International Standard Classification of Occupations, DSM-IV-TR, DSM-5, ICD-9, and ICD-10. This meaning is present in Wiktionary NEC. It was also present in this page, but was removed in reference to guidelines including MOS:DABACRO. --Hoziron (talk) 16:34, 22 March 2013 (UTC)
